The series that replaced The Ultimates 3 after the Ultimatum mini-series. The covers of the Ultimate Avengers series break this into three six issue mini-series but per the indicia and the continued numbering all 18 issues are actually one volume. The series ended with the 18th issue.

From it's 6th issue the series ran simultaneously with Ultimate Comics: New Ultimates. Both series ended in march 2011 and where replaced with a mini-series named Ultimate Avengers vs. New Ultimates.
