This new volume is really just a continuation of the previous series, "adjectiveless" She-Hulk Volume 1. That series lasted for only 12 issues, but was relaunched soon afterwards with a new number 1 here to draw more readers to the critically acclaimed series. In this volume Dan Slott picks up right where volume 1 left off, with the same creative team and cast of characters. The reboot was nothing more than a method of allowing the book to continue and helping it sell better so they wouldn't have to outright cancel it. It lasted until issue #38.
