*Note: Between issues 4-2, Grant Morrison was not completely happy with all the work his artist did. The most notable example is Ashley Wood's pages in issue #2. In the Trade Paperback collection, Cameron Stewart ended up redoing those three pages. A comparison can be seen on the wiki page for issue #2 of this series.
