The Team was a group of mercenaries whom met and fought with Cloak and Dagger. After their defeat, there has been no word of the group. The team made its first appearance more than a year before the more famous X-Force made its debut in New Mutants issue 100.

Two members of the team, Bedlam and Tempest appeared on the Fred Hembeck Show, where the cosmic entity Origin revealed that she had granted use of the team's name to Cannonball and his crew.

Trivia: The group was called "the Uncanny X-Force", same name as the now new ongoing X-force series.
