The Vi-Locks
In an attempt to cure the Legacy Virus, Warlock of Earth-8545 tried using The Technarchy's Techno-Organic Transmode Virus to counteract it in order to save his friend Doug Ramsey. But it all went horribly wrong when The Legacy and Transmode virus' merged into something far more deadly, thus giving birth to The Vi-Lock Race, most of whom were once Earth's Mightiest Heroes...and Villains.

A Human Green Lantern (standing to Hawkeye's left) is also member of The Infected Vi-Lock species and even though his appearance has been dramatically altered to avoid any lawsuits he still retains the Green Lantern insignia.
