The Hand rank-and-file grow weary of the pointless turf wars launched by the Kingpin ever since he became their new leader, and decided to challenge his right of authority via an ancient ritual known as "arbitration". Recovering the corpse of Bullseye (killed by a possessed Daredevil during Shadowland), a trio of Hand assassins known as the Arbiters set about resurrecting him. The rules of arbitration are simple: if Fisk manages to kill the resurrected Bullseye, he retains control of the hand; if not, well......
