S.U.R.F. is a group of Atlantean mutants named Sharkskin, Eel and Undertow. They were formed after being shunned by "normal" Atlanteans. The group helped both Namorita and the New Mutants during Atlantis Attacks. 

Creation

SURF was created by Louise Simonson and Rob Liefeld in 1989 and first appeared in New Mutants Annual # 5.
