S.T.R.I.K.E.
STRIKE (Special Tactical Reserve for International Key Emergencies) was a counter-terrorist Special Mission Unit of S.H.I.E.L.D. led by Brock Rumlow. Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff participated in some of their operations.
