Genetic research corporation founded by Harmon Furmintz who was rejected from the Super Solider Project due to haemophilia in WWII.

The company specialized in designing bio-weapons, and was a world leader in genetic research.

Later a team called Psionex was created by the company to be super-powered guards at the company, who later clashed with the New Warriors.
