The Gangers are clones created by Alexei Ganger.  They seem to all have their own thought patterns and be individuals but share the similar thoughts of their creator. They are all referred to by number and it is imprinted on their foreheads. There are over 20 Gangers. They are capable of self destructing.
 
They are the enforcer's of Alexei's Utopian society located at the Satori, a man made mobile city. 
 
They were used to assist Sorentino to search for the Silver Surfer and capture the Puppet Master.  When the Silver Surfer was angered by the society 's worship of him as the Cosmic Messiah the Gangers attacked him. They had special weapons to siphon the Silver Surfer's Power Cosmic. This power was used to create a new Cosmic Messiah.
