After the event called Civil War and when every paper refused to publish their story, Ben Urich and Sally Floyd founded the newspaper "Front Line".

The Editors of the paper are former Daily Bugle reporter Ben Urich and the former reporter for The Alternative Sally Floyd .
They were originally funded by an unknown source to combat the jingoistic and biased style of the Daily Bugle and J. Jonah Jameson.
Ben Urich had quit the Daily Bugle during the super-hero Civil War because he did not agree with the editorial policies of the paper.
Sally Floyd is a recovering alcoholic. Her daughter Minnie was a Mutant. Minnie's power appeared when she was two years old and caused her to grow younger and younger until it killed her. The loss of her daughter is what prompted Sally's alcoholism.
Front Line really made a name for themselves during the Hulk's invasion, as their "on the front-lines" access, critical analysis of the situation, and ability to keep their printers rolling made them the go to source for the earth-shattering event.
