The Ennilux formed from the schism that erupted within the Inhuman Royal Family many ages ago that saw a splintering of the Inhumans into a number of hidden tribes. Members of the Ennilux family would go out into the world and hide amongst mankind where they operated their tribe as a business entity that took the name Ennilux Group. In fact, they operated as a secret society that had manipulated and accelerate the development of mankind in order to maintain them as a customer base. This led to them saving them from the Black Plague, helping ensure the Industrial Revolution and helped in the landing on the Moon. Thus, the Ennilux remained hidden for many years and had opened offices around the world. However, their inbreeding began to affect their leaders with the head of the Ennilux Group known as the Capo growing slowly weaker. By the modern age, they had hired the services of the Reader to find Inhumans to add to their number. .
