The Council Of Doom is a think tank brought together by the Future Foundation to take on the task of bringing down The Council Of Reeds. The members include Dr.Doom, Valeria Richards, Reed Richards, Nathaniel Richards, The Wizard and his A.I.M. Lieutenants, Diablo, The High Evolutionary, The Mad Thinker and Uatu The Watcher.
