History

The D.E.A. and the Punisher made it their mission to take down the organization known as Condor. Condor was comprised of former mercenaries who have since moved on to making a drug called EMC. The drug makes an individual immune to pain and puts them in a frenzy inducing rage.

The second in command of Condor, Olaf, eventually performed a mutiny, killing Condor's former leader. Olaf felt the last leader of Condor was making the ex-mercenaries weak by turning them into drug pushers instead of using them as the soldiers they are. The rest of Condor agreed, but the new rein was short lived as the organization was taken down by a combination of the Punisher and the DEA Agent Ortiz not soon after.

Olaf and any Condor members that survived the Punisher's onslaught were arrested.
