Alchemax is a Canadian company based in New York City, New York, USA. As one of the most powerful corporation on Earth in year 2099 A.D they create products for virtually every consumer need on nearly every level individual, society, and government. Alchemax manufactured an entire city to be maintained exclusively by the corporation including their own police force such as Public Eye.

It is known for being a corrupt company. Therefore a antagonistic organization for the heroes in the 2099 universe, primarily Spider-Man 2099.

Alchemax was founded in 2013 by Liz Allan, Mason Banks and Tiberius Stone. Liz merged Allan Chemical with with her son Normie inherited remain of Oscorp Industries then bought out the remaining properties of Horizon Lab after its destruction by Tiberius Stone. It was later reveal Mason Banks was Green Goblin in disguise. He created the corporation in order to leave a strong empire for his grandson and establish an empire for the Osborn legacy.

In the year 2099 AD Alchemax would grow to become the mega corporation that would eventually control most aspects of daily life. Miguel O'Hara (Spider-Man 2099) worked there as a scientist.

Creation

Alchemax was created in 1992 by Peter David and Rick Leonardi while Tom DeFalco was editor-in-chef.

Video Games

The company appears in the video games Edge of Time and Shattered Dimensions (though not as prominent as the latter). In Edge of Time, Alchemax acts as the employer of the main protagonist, Miguel O’hara, and antagonist, Walker Sloan, who is trying to save the company from being taken over by Stark-Fujikawa Industries by going back in time and launching Alchemax years before it was originally founded.
