An organization that was founded after the Apokolips War. It was made to unify the broken factions of Earth, keep the peace as best it can, and respond to another threat similar to the Apokolips Invasion.
When Steppenwolf became the King of Dherain, the World Army went to arrest him for his role in the Invasion of Apokolips, however, they were soundly defeated by Hunger Dogs and Steppenwolf himself before Brutaal killed Steppenwolf.
