The Seven
A mysterious group of seven occultists based in the far East. They raised the young Dr. Occult and Rose Psychic in the ways of magic and a sworn enemies of the Demon known as Koth.

The Seven first appeared in The Comics Magazine #1 from Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster in the strip "Dr. Mystic", a renamed Dr. Occult strip. They continued making appearances in the strip after the feature was named back to "Dr. Occult" at DC Comics.
Originally they were said to be based in India, though modern stories have made their location more ambiguously Asian.
