The Revolutionaries were started by Osita, former military support for the Suicide Squad, when she recruited other victims of the Squad's collateral damage. They posed as terrorists to get on Amanda Waller's radar and embed themselves with the Squad so they can take it down from the inside. Their story would strike a chord with Harley Quinn, Deadshot, and Zebra-Man, who defect from the Suicide Squad to join them.
