The Brisby Killers
Killers named so by the press for killing in Brisby. Incidentally, this proved false and they killed elsewhere too. They were taken down by Batgirl and their leader was killed by Mirror.

The Brisby killer are a group of four teens who break into people's houses and gruesomely kill the owners. Their last attempt, a home invasion of the Ortega's house, was stopped by Batgirl.
The Bisby killers each wear a mask and have names written on their shirts. There is Devil, Frankenstein, and Dracula. The team leader is Theodore Rankin, aka Spook, who is later killed by Mirror, after Batgirl saved his life.
All members of the Bisby Killers come from good homes, loving parents and great schools.
