Tartarus
A team founded by Vandal Savage to be the anti-Titans but as the members were picked by Omen it was later revealed that it was because they could not work well together as a team.

Organized by Vandal Savage, this team was meant to be the Anti-Titans and the members were chosen by the former Titan, Omen, who had submitted to Vandal. But she chose villains that she knew could not work well together as a team.
Their first mission is to find Adeline Wilson, the HIVE Mistress and ex-wife of Deathstroke, as Vandal needs her blood to develop an immortality serum. In the ensuing battle with the Titans, Adeline and Red Panzer are both killed and Cheshire is shot by Vandal to distract Arsenal.
Tempest later learns that Omen is being held captive by Tartarus at their base in Scotland. The Titans attack and as Omen had planned the team falls apart because of their inability to cooperate with one another. In the midst of the battle Siren leaves Tartarus to join Tempest and after their defeat, Tartarus disbands.
