Formed by Baron Bedlam and Boss Dark Side, the Plastic People are a group of people who have undergone a process that makes their skin like enamel. Many, if not all, have also been extensively brainwashed

Creation

The Plastic People were created by Grant Morrison and Freddie E Williams II. They made their first appearance in Seven Soldiers: Mister Miracle #3.

The Plastic People attend Baron Bedlam as he taunts Mr Miracle. They help hold Mr Miracle for Boss Dark Side. Later, some members of the group take Mr Miracle out to the woods, beat him nearly to death, and set him on fire.
