History

Tomorrow

The Planeteers were a law enforcement agency in the future where its members focused on policing space travel.

Magog

In the modern age, the Planeteers operated as an interstellar police force that operated alongside the Green Lantern Corps and did not interfere in their operations. Among their chief operatives was a human by the name of Colonel Tomorrow who controlled their operations. At some point, they encountered the Old God Gog and attempted to mount a defense against him only for their forces to fall before his enforcer Magog. As such, they came to distrust any power related to Gog. Afterwards, agents of the Planeteer Command encountered the Mass and learnt of the the threat it posed to all worlds. Their attempts at stopping it led to it being turned away on two occasions but they failed in destroying it and lost three of their hub vessels as a response. Planeteer Central was in orbit around Jupiter where they considered the damage to Earth posed by the Mass and also registered the deployment of the Killer App by the Mass which had already begun targeting the human populace. They later transported to Earth's surface in order to confront the Shield whose nanotech battlesuit had become infected by the Killer App. Despite the team's deployment, they were unable to stop the Shield who was ultimately defeated by the arrival of Magog. Colonel Tomorrow thus determined he had the best potential in stopping the Mass as the enormous entity feared the power of Gog. Tomorrow later returned Magog to Earth for his efforts in defeating the threat.
