Paris Island Bloods
One of the street gangs in Dakota that part take in the Big Bang brawl on Paris Island. Survivors of the police using Quantum Juice became Bang Babies and what remained of Paris Island Bloods merged with the survivors of their rival gang, the Force Syndicate, to form the super powered gang Blood Syndicate.
