The Outlaws of Justice are a team of heroes from earth 32. At difference than the other heroes from their universe, they are amalgamated characters of heroes with villians. Recently they clashed against the League of Shadows of earth 13, when an attack from the dark multiverse threatened to make both earths to collide. Only the intervention of Flash (Wally West) save both earths.
