The Justice Legion L is a sub division of the Justice Legion from the century 853, with the mission of protect the cluster of an artificial solar system know as the United Planets, composed mainly by worlds previously members of the organization from the 31st century, and than in the time, the 853rd century, had evolved in an isolacionist system.

Keep together by the magnetic power of the planet Braal, some of the worlds and their inhabitants, joined in new worlds and species (Daxam with Imsk, Colu with Bgztl), meanwhile others became more extreme in their own characteristics (Durla, Talok VIII, Titan, Cargg, Braal).

The Justice Legion L would had to deal, however, than the dangers than threat the United Planets were not outside them but they come from within. However they not only counted with the precognitive powers of Dreamer, but also with the guide and wisdom of the Wildflame, who was really Wildfire, the member of the Legion of Super-Heroes.
