This was one of the many Justice Leagues formed when Hector Hammond made the world forget the Justice League. Martian Manhunter formed this team and it consisted solely of Aliens.

When Hector Hammond erased the knowledge of the Justice League from everyone in the world, Martian Manhunter formed this team to show that the many aliens that live on Earth are not above humans. Some members like Orion and Starman did not think that they needed to be part of the team and while Starman left, Orion stayed.
