The Ice Pack banded together to encase an entire town in snow.  The Super Friends caught on to their scheme and defeated each member one by one until they were all imprisoned.
 
In the main DC Universe, the Ice Pack exists and ousted member Blue Snowman from their ranks, leaving her to commit acts of theft on her own.  It is unknown if any of the other members from the Super Friends continuity were members of the Ice Pack.
