The team was an offshoot of the Force of July that worked for the government. They are deployed to protect the remains of Bludhaven and come into conflict with the Teen Titans and the Society's Nuclear Legion. Lady Liberty and Silent Majority were killed by the Nuclear Legion. Freedom's Ring was absorbed into the First Strike.
