History:

Clockwatchers was a team of young super-villains assembled together by the Clock King to defeat the Teen Titans. He apparently found them all online, however none of them have had much experience. For instance, the electric metahuman, Crackle actively required assistance in exiting his house undetected and when they genuinely confronted the Teen Titans, Radiant expressed his fear of seriously hurting someone. What would have been a straightforward beat-down of the Clockwatchers by the Teen Titans was complicated by Agent Chase as her latent power made all the metahumans' powers act strangely. Eventually, the team of villains were all stopped and taken away to await their trials. Clock King expressed the possibility of creating a new team of Clockwatchers, but he never followed through with it.
