Chuco-Thirteen is a street gang Paco Testas belonged too. This really came to an end for the gang when Paco came to their party after barley escaping from two opposing groups of supervillains bent on finding the scarab Khaji da. Not knowing he was being tracked by the Brotherhood of Evil he leads them straight to the gang. The warp in using Warp's power and quickly decimate the gang. Paco narrowly escapes leaving his gang in ruin.
