Originally appearing in the 1980's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series, the Neutrinos were not officially part of the comic book universe until much later when the IDW volumes were published.
Much like the original animation, Dask, Kala, and Zak are the three most prominently featured Neutrinos, but Fugitoid was also retconned to be a Neutrino.
