Formed from both voluntary and forced combatants, the IWF is owned by Stump and Sling and compete on Stump's Asteroid in Dimension X. Krang is a fan of the IWF which is ironic because almost every wrestler in it hates him.

After their battle with Leatherhead the TMNT were abducted along with Leatherhead by Cudley The Cowlick and taken to Stump's asteroid, where they are given new costumes and forced to compete in the Intergalactic Wrestling Federation. While they battled Cryin' Hound, Leatherhead meanwhile did battle with Ace Duck. Both the TMNT and Leatherhead emerge victorious, The Turtles return to Earth, but Leatherhead chooses to stay and continue to compete on Stump Asteroid.
