Pornsak Pichetshote
Comic book editor and writer, and writer and director of film and TV.
Formally Vertigo's rising star editor. Many of the most acclaimed Vertigo books from 2004 to 2010 were edited by Pornsak Pichetshote, cult favorites such as Seaguy and WE3 from Grant Morrison, to Vertigo's hottest books in 2010 like Sweet Tooth and Unwritten.
Because of the "restructuring" that DC faced when Paul Levitz stepped down as president, Vertigo has been unstable. In late September it was announced that Vertigo would be laying off some editors and Pornsak Pichetshote became causality to the "restructuring".
It is reported that Pornsak Pichetshote is still employed at DC looking over other aspects of the company.
Outside of Comic Books Pornsak Pichetshote has directed two short films: Women Who Eat Meat (2002) and Color of a Doubt: An Urban Fable (2005)
