G. Willow Wilson is an author who began writing professionally at age 17. She freelanced as a music and DJ critic for Weekly Dig magazine in Boston. She has written two Eisner Award-nominated comic book series:

  • Air
  • Mystic: The Tenth Apprentice

Alif the Unseen, her first novel, became a New York Times Notable book.

Willow lived in Egypt during her early- and mid-twenties as a journalist.

She is the writer for the new volume of Ms. Marvel being published by Marvel Comics.
