G. Willow Wilson
G. Willow Wilson is an American author and essayist who divides her time between Egypt and the US. Her articles about modern religion and the Middle East have appeared in publications including the Atlantic Monthly, the New York Times Magazine and the Canada National Post.
G. Willow Wilson is an author who began writing professionally at age 17. She freelanced as a music and DJ critic for Weekly Dig magazine in Boston. She has written two Eisner Award-nominated comic book series:
- Air
- Mystic: The Tenth Apprentice
Alif the Unseen, her first novel, became a New York Times Notable book.
Willow lived in Egypt during her early- and mid-twenties as a journalist.
She is the writer for the new volume of Ms. Marvel being published by Marvel Comics.
