In  the fall of 2009, Warner Brothers announced that DC Comics become a subsidiary of DC Entertainment, Inc.  President of the film subsidiary Warner Premiere, Diane Nelson would not be the President of this newly formed company.
 
Former President and Publisher Paul Levitz would move over to the position of Contributing Editor and Overall Consultant, before stepping down as publisher and becoming a writer. Diane Nelson's co-publishers are now Dan Didio and Jim Lee, with Geoff Johns serving as Chief Creative Officer as of February 18, 2010.
