The Titan Copter was first introduced in Teen Titans #2 when the newly formed Teen Titans helped a cave-teen adjust to 20th century life after he had been frozen for thousands of years. It is later revealed that the only way they could by the helicopter was by using the reward money they got for stopping criminals to pay for it. It is seen that they hide it behind a billboard advertising the 1960's Batman show starring Adam West and Burt Ward, that opens as the copter is going through it. It is also shown that Robin drives the helicopter. It blows up in Teen Titans #14, but appears again a few issues later.
