To easily consume to biospheric energies of planets, Galactus developed energy converters to siphon, use and store the energies as Galactus required. They are stored in his starship and can be willed down to the planet for assembly.
In the event of tampering with or destroying his equipment, Galactus can repair or reform them with other types of matter and energy. Galactus uses Punisher robots and his heralds to stop any defense the planet might offer.
