Having been worked down into a wristwatch like sidearm that stands invisible to most weapons detection facilities. The ray emission can have its intensity range, as well as arc spread, moded from stun to lethal settings when dealing with certain subjects of interest or to cover wide areas of effect. Asides from being a blast weapon, the Uni-Beam can create magnetic force fields, project a black light that blinds anyone in its arc, both disintegrate and reassemble solid objects and project cloaking fields that render their wearers invisible to most forms of surveillance and observation.
