Overview
The Black Light Ray was used by, Sandra Knight and Dee Tyler, the first and second Phantom Lady. The Black Light Ray gave the ability to cast powerful illusions effectively causing the user to become invisible. The Black Light Ray Projector or Black Lantern as it is called blinds her opponents in combat. Phantom Lady would also adapt it to her car making it so the rear lights would shine on whoever was chasing her.
