Overview
The origins of the atomic axe are unknown. Its first documented appearance was in the 30th century, as the weapon of the Persuader. It was later discovered that prior to the 31st century Persuader, other persons handled the Atomic Axe. Whether or not it was always the same weapon is uncertain.
The Atomic Axe can cut through almost anything at an atomic level and is thought controlled, so it always returns to the hand of its owner. It is even possible for it to cut through the fabric of the universe itself and open portals to other universes.
