A state side national internment stockade housing some of the most vile criminals the United States had ever tried, processed and executed. Moments before his rebirth a prison inmate who found a familiar button fell deathly sick, as said prisoners roommate was slated for execution his dead body became the new host for a reborn Evil Ernie.

In newer publishing the prison was featured in a Texan environment, where Ernest Fairchild was counted among a host of other ne'er do wells imprisoned for various crimes and atrocities. He was slated as its youngest prisoner on death row in all but 60 yrs since the prisons construction.

It was also here on June, 6th, 2011 where Evil Ernie was born the night Ernest was executed. The penitentiary itself was nuked in The White house's vain hope of culling the problem he represented before it escalated further, resulting instead in the murder of psychiatrist Dr. Thomas and many of its inmates. Some of whom were later reanimated serving under the leadership of fellow prisoner Rick Young later going as Homicide.
