Tower City is a metropolitan city that many super powered people call home. Captain Dynamo was the premier hero of Tower City, until his unfortunate demise. Tower City is currently being protected by the team called Dynamo 5, though none of its members call it home. Dynamo 5's mentor, and Captain Dynamo's widow, Maddie Warner resides in Tower City as well. There are other heroes that reside in Tower City, including Quake.
Some villains that have targeted Tower City for their crime include Whiptail, Chrysalis, Voltage, Synergy and the terrorist organization called VEIL.
The organization known as F.L.A.G. also has a building headquarters in Tower City.
