Thunderbolts tower was originally built in New York at Four Freedoms Plaza. After the team were exposed as the Masters of Evil, they were forced to abandon their headquarters in New York.
It was recently rebuilt on The Raft prison and the basement served as a habitat for Man-Thing. The tower, alongside the Thunderbolts, became unstuck in time and the Tower travelled to different locations and periods in time including Austria and London.
