A secret meeting room in the Hall of Justice from where Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman would co-ordinate the activities of the League, usually behind the official chairperson's back.

The Star Chamber, along with the rest of the Hall of Justice, was designed by John Stewart on the instructions of the League's Trinity: Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman. Superman had originally called it "The Lounge", to which Batman sarcastically remarked "Why don't you call it the Star Chamber?". Clark actually thought Bruce's suggestion was better.
When Black Canary found out that the Trinity had a secret meeting room from where they were coordinating the League's activities even though Dinah was the official chairperson, she was less than pleased.
