Most of N.O.W.H.E.R.E.'s projects are completed here. Underneath the Colony there is a large arena called the Crucible, where young metahumans are forced to fight in an annual tournament known as the Culling. This is how N.O.W.H.E.R.E.'s leader Harvest discovers who is strong enough to serve as part of his personal army, the Ravagers.
