Kakistia is a nation located in Asia somewhere near India and Pakistan. In order to keep up with their neighbors, they develop a nuclear weapon of their own. It was designed by Doctor Nital.
 
The test of the weapon was successful but it enraged a nearby Firelord. He attacked their military installation. Eventually Doctor Nital confessed and Firelord left the country alone.
