Origin

Science City is one of the first places Starro attacks and the Hall of Science was the target. One of Starro's duplicates goes to Science City and rips the Hall of Science off the ground with the greatest scientific minds of that era. It flys away with it and and is stopped by the Martian Manhuter and Wonder Woman who were able to defeat the duplicate and safely lower the Hall of Science to a different location.
