This planet has produced a long line of Green Lanterns, most of them related to present Green Lantern Arisia. Her father Fentara and uncle Blish were both Green Lanterns before her. Santara Rrab and Marata Rrab were lanterns as well. Graxos IV is also the location of a special hospital for the criminally insane. Lantern Blish had captured future Sinestro Corps member Karu-Sil, of Graxos III, and incarcerated her there.
