Overview
Department H is a sub-department of the Canadian Department of National Defense. It is mainly involved in the operation of Alpha Flight, included the recruitment and training of mutants. It operates two training stages, Gamma Flight and Beta Flight, before trainees graduate into Alpha Flight.Department H also operates a group of non-powered human soldiers who are armed with advanced weaponry and armor. These soldiers are called "Epsilons"
