Czarnia was the home planet of a mostly pacific and power race. This race however was wiped out by one of their inhabitans, the super assassin know as Lobo.
In the alternate universe of Earth 2, Czarnia is the home planet of Pestilence, one of the Apokolips Furies. In this reality Czarnia was wiped out by a plague contained inside Pestilence.
